1. Who we are

inwst.com and app.inwst.com are operated by Redd Apps India Private Limited (see the Impressum).

2. Information, not advice

inWst provides information, not financial, investment or tax advice. Figures are based on the data you provide and public reference rates, and may contain errors. For decisions, consult a licensed adviser.

3. Lessons, guides and free tools

The lessons, guides and tools are free, for general information and education. Results depend on your inputs and on assumptions such as returns and exchange rates, which may not hold. They are not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything, and not tax advice.

4. The email list

• Joining the list (the waitlist, “Email me when it's live”, “Tell me when pre-orders open” or new lessons) is free and doesn't oblige you to anything.
• We email you only about inWst. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email; we then delete your entry. A founding member's email address and founding number are kept, marked as unsubscribed, so that the founding perks can be honoured (see the privacy policy, 3.2).
• Prices and offers named on the website, such as the founding-member perks and the pre-order price of a pack, are plans and may change before they go on sale. Nothing is sold on this website yet.

5. Your inWst account

• An account in the app is free during the beta.
• Uploading statements is optional. Upload only files that are yours or that you may share. Files you upload are deleted as soon as they are read; only the transactions or trades in them are kept.
• You can ask us at any time to delete your account and everything in it.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the website and the app available but can't guarantee it. We may change or remove content and features.

7. Liability

We are liable in accordance with the statutory provisions.

8. Applicable law

If you use inWst as a consumer in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
